MISCELLANEOUS

This User Agreement and any rules and policies, as amended from time to time, that are established by Book-Writing-Software.info and posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the Content, and the subject matter of this User Agreement.
